Ripe and fairly violet, large olives are used. In Morocco it is often used for Tajin cuisines. Suits well for easy party meals as well.

Using the Verdi type olive, known for its fruity flavor and firm texture.

The olive pulps are colored between black and green, making it a beautiful violet olive.

Some sliced salted lemon are in the jar as well.

With the fresh taste of lemon and some salt, and the firm texture of violet olives.. these essence will make it a great side dish for wine already.

"Chicken Stew Moroccan Style" , a dish that uses olives and salted lemon with chicken in a Tajine(a regular pan is fine too!), can easily be made with this product as well.
